UEFS promotes interdisciplinary dialogue between Brazil and Spain

UEFS promoted interdisciplinary dialogue between Brazil and Spain on March 19th, 2024. The second edition of “Interdisciplinary dialogues between Brazil/Spain: challenges of research in peripheral territories” was held at the State University of Feira de Santana (UEFS). The event was free and took place at 5 pm, at MT 47, module 4. Spaces were limited, and registrants received a certificate of participation.

The meeting program included a workshop about the challenges of research in peripheral territories, seeking to understand the difficulties and importance of expanding the frontiers of research. The event featured guest speakers Raúl Marquez, Professor of Anthropology at the Universitat de Barcelona, and Liana Viveiros, Professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).

The event was promoted by the NPJ Extension Program and the Territoriality, Law, and Insurgency research group at UEFS, the Postgraduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism at UFBA, and the "Lugar Comum" Research Group.
